In G.A.G. Inc. return and exchange policy states that all orders are final once inmates money voucher is received and accepted by 

our financial department. If a gift kit is received damaged due to other sources refer to the shipping policy for reimbursement. We aim to satisfy our customers due to prior approval by the inmates counselor or warden to approve the purchase of G.A.G. Inc.gift kits. 

     For this reason all orders are final upon receipt of money voucher.
